Position Overview:
The Area Manager is responsible for overseeing the operation of multiple Bogart Man stores, ensuring consistent and high-quality customer service, driving sales, and devising impactful marketing strategies. This role requires a keen understanding of the retail landscape, as well as strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
Oversee daily operations of multiple stores to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Monitor store KPIs and ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded.
Maintain high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines.
Ensure all stores comply with company policies, procedures, and relevant laws/regulations.
Leadership & People Management:
Directly manage, coach, and support store managers, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Conduct regular performance reviews, set goals, and address any performance-related issues.
Coordinate training and development opportunities for staff to enhance skills and product knowledge.
Sales & Marketing:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
Identify business opportunities and market trends to capitalize on revenue potentials.
Foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local community leaders, to support store promotions or events.
Financial Management:
Oversee the financial performance of stores, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and optimize sales performance.
Customer Experience:
Ensure all stores deliver exceptional customer service, aligned with Bogart Man's brand values.
Address customer feedback and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining the brand's reputation.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of retail management experience, with a proven track record in multi-store management.
Strong business acumen with an ability to interpret sales data and financial reports.
Proficient in retail management software and MS Office Suite.
