BOGART MAN AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. AFFILIATE COMMISSION STRUCTURE

Affiliates earn a 5% commission on total referral sales when a customer makes a purchase using their affiliate link or coupon code.

Commissions will only be paid to affiliates who create User-Generated Content (UGC) on platforms other than Google.

Our focus is to promote Bogart Man as a brand, not just generate sales. Proof of UGC is required for commission payouts. Failure to provide proof will result in no commission payment.

We reserve the right to adjust commission rates, eligibility requirements, and payout terms at any time.

2. AFFILIATE ELIGIBILITY & RESPONSIBILITIES

By joining the Bogart Man Affiliate Program, you agree to:

• Promote Bogart Man in a truthful and ethical manner.

• Not use spam, misleading advertisements, or deceptive marketing tactics.

• Not bid on Bogart Man-related keywords in paid search advertising.

• Not impersonate the brand or falsely represent yourself as an official Bogart Man employee.

• Provide accurate and updated account information to receive commissions.

• Not engage in fraudulent activity such as self-referrals or bulk orders to earn commissions.

Bogart Man reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account found violating these terms.

3. PAYMENTS & COMMISSION TERMS

• Payments will be processed monthly, provided all eligibility criteria are met.

• Affiliates must reach the minimum payout threshold (if applicable) to receive payments.

• Commissions are subject to approval based on sales validity and adherence to program rules.

• If an order is canceled or refunded, commissions for that sale will be voided.

• Bogart Man reserves the right to withhold payments if fraudulent activity is suspected.

4. GENERAL CONDITIONS

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

• Your use of the Bogart Man Affiliate Program is at your own risk. We do not guarantee that affiliate tracking will always function without issues due to technical limitations.

• We do not take responsibility for losses due to tracking errors, commission discrepancies, or affiliate platform downtime.

5. MODIFICATIONS & TERMINATION

• Bogart Man reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Affiliate Program at any time without prior notice.

• It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for changes. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• We do not warrant that your participation in the Affiliate Program will be uninterrupted, error-free, or profitable.

• Bogart Man is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the program.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes related to this agreement shall be handled in accordance with Bogart Man’s general Terms of Service.
