Delivery Area: This service is available exclusively for deliveries within the Sandton area. Please ensure your delivery address falls within this region to qualify.
Order Placement: Orders must be placed during our standard business hours to qualify for the 60-minute delivery. Orders placed outside these hours will be delivered on the next business day. Monday to Friday from 9 am to 3 pm only
Delivery Timeframe: The 60-minute countdown begins once the order is confirmed and payment is processed. We aim to deliver within 60 minutes; however, unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather conditions, or road closures may affect delivery times.
Limited Availability: The 60-minute delivery service is subject to availability and may not be offered during peak times or high-demand periods.
Exclusions: Large or bulky items may not qualify for the 60-minute delivery due to logistical constraints.
Customer Responsibilities: Customers must ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order within the specified timeframe. If no one is available, the delivery may be rescheduled for the next available slot.
